An Army veteran, I was born and raised in Grenada, the Island of Spice. I’ve been cooking since the age of 13, blending spices, making jams, and preparing Caribbean dishes that shaped my passion for flavor and craftsmanship in the kitchen. Further refining my expertise, I graduated from the Culinary Institute of the Pacific on Oahu, Hawaii, where I honed my techniques and deepened my understanding of the culinary arts. I later became the head chef at Posh, a Caribbean restaurant, where I had the opportunity to showcase my culinary creativity and leadership in a professional kitchen.
